About Air Freight Services
Air freight is the fastest and safest method of cargo delivery.
The VF Group Plus team selects optimal routes and airlines based on delivery timelines, cargo specifications, and client budget.
We work directly with leading airlines and ensure priority booking, even during peak season.
Our experience includes organizing urgent charter flights and transporting dangerous, oversized, and temperature-controlled cargo.
We prepare the complete package of transport and customs documentation, including air waybills (AWB) and certificates of conformity.
Thanks to our own warehouse near Almaty Airport and a partner network in Astana and other key locations, we control the process at every stage—from cargo acceptance to delivery to the consignee.
Statistics and Destinations
Through direct contracts with leading airlines (Turkish Airlines, Lufthansa Cargo, Air Astana, and others),
VF Group Plus provides regular air freight services worldwide—for both export and import.
We pay special attention to import shipments to Kazakhstan.
We organize air cargo delivery from Europe, China, South Korea, UAE, USA, and other countries with a full range of services—from flight selection and proper air waybill preparation to customs clearance at Kazakhstan airports.
How Does It Work?
We structure the air freight process to be as transparent and efficient as possible—from the initial inquiry to cargo delivery to the client.
Below are the main stages of working with our company:
1) Request Receipt
The client submits an application or inquiry with cargo parameters: weight, volume, country of origin, destination, delivery terms (Incoterms), required timelines and additional services, as well as special conditions (stackable or non-stackable, presence of dangerous goods and materials, temperature requirements, etc.)
An application or inquiry can be submitted in several ways:
2) Document Preparation
Application signing. We then verify and approve the invoice, packing list, dangerous goods declaration (DGD), prepare the air waybill (AWB), and if necessary, issue Air Waybill House/Master.
3) Cargo Dispatch
We organize pickup from the supplier (EXW/FCA), delivery to the departure airport, booking, export customs clearance, repackaging, and handover to the airline.
All flights are tracked in real time.
4) Arrival and Customs Clearance
Upon arrival at Almaty Airport, our broker promptly processes the declaration, coordinates HS codes, and verifies certificates.
5) Delivery Across Kazakhstan
Upon completion of customs procedures, we deliver to the client’s warehouse, including regional destinations (Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, Aktau, etc.).
VF Group Plus accompanies cargo at every stage—from inquiry to final delivery, ensuring precision, speed, and complete logistics transparency.
