Joint Order No. 223-NQ of July 17, 2026, establishes a permit-based procedure for the export of certain goods from Kazakhstan to CIS countries, as well as for the import of slot machines into Kazakhstan.

Order No. 424 approves the Control List of Specific Goods. It includes dual-use and military goods and technologies, as well as products controlled for national security reasons.

  • if the goods are confirmed as specific, a license or other permit document may be required.
