Dear partners, we inform you of the launch on April 11 of the new Keden information system, designed for customs clearance of goods in the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Important:<\/strong> according to available information, errors and technical deficiencies were identified during system testing, which have not been fully resolved at this time.<\/div>\n

Despite the official launch of the system, there is a high risk of unstable operation of certain functions, errors in declaration submission, delays in data processing, as well as the need for corrections and resubmission of documents.<\/p>\n

Experience with the implementation of new IT solutions in customs administration shows that significant technical difficulties are possible in the first days and weeks of operation, directly affecting cargo clearance timelines.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
